Basqueland ESB
We brewed a traditional English style using Maris Otter as base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and fermented with English ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light Bramling Cross dry-hop. Aromas of blackberry, prune and black currant. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to drink it by the pin
