Colour

Intense garnet colour of high layer. Balanced wine

Nose

Aromas of ripe fruit, caramel, roasted sensations, with sweet dairy memories and notes of black liquorice.

Mouth

Long persistence, where ripe fruit and roasted notes of its passage through barrels predominate again.‎

What is a cuoos?

cucos is a rural construction, now in disuse, which was mainly used as a temporary shelter for farmers.

It was built  with dry stone , that is, without any type of mortar or binding material between the stones and was built by the farmer himself.

The one shown in the image and which inspired the name of our wine, is the one found in  La Alberquilla , a place in the municipality of Jumilla.

Preparation and aging

With a short period of time in a 300-litre barrel, we obtain a wine that breaks with the vegetal character of the Cabernet, revealing mature notes, a reflection of our semi-arid climate.

It has the balance and freshness that its short time in wood has given it.
