Intense dark cherry-red colour with purple edges. High layer. Clean and bright. Dense tear that lightly dyes the glass.
Nose
Powerful, very intense and fresh. Initially, the elegant of toasted and balsamic. When opened, the black fruit and a touch of very ripe red fruit is exposed, almost jam, at some point liquorice with a spicy and creamy lactic. Fine floral tobacco touches.
Mouth
Powerful and well- structured, fresh and very sweet. Surrounding entry with a smooth and rich taste
A selected harvest from our 40-year-old low production vines, located at an altitude of 900 metres. The grape is collected by hand in 15 kg boxes at its optimum ripening point and goes through the selection table before the vinification. We conduct separate vinification processes for each variety

Its grape production levels vary between fifty and seventy million kilos per year, while wine production volumes are approximately forty million liters per campaign.
