Ripe fruit, mountain herbs, balsamic, aromatic coffee, sweet spices.
Mouth
Structured, long, toasted, good acidity.
Wine made with alcoholic fermentations of each variety separately in small tanks of 5000 Kg. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French and American oak barrels, where it has remained for more than 18 months until the coupage is made in stainless steel tanks.

Jumilla is a Spanish protected designation of origin (PDO) created in 1966. 3 Its current regulations were approved by Order of November 10, 1995 and modified by Order of April 18, 2001.
This name was registered with the European Union on June 13, 1986. 4 5 It has also been registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization since June 22, 2021. 6
Its grape production levels vary between fifty and seventy million kilos per year, while wine production volumes are approximately forty million liters per campaign.
