Mouth
Great structure, very mature and sweet, powerful, tasty and elegant, with a good entry on the palate and very persistent. well integrated fruit, alcohol and wood in a harmonious balance that makes it very pleasant to drink. With a long finish in the mouth, it maintains the “sweetness” typical of Monastrell.
It is impressive due to its excellent concentration and velvety texture. In the glass, its explosive fruit load and its flavor are striking. It is presented with the typical “sweetness” of Monastrell and with perfectly integrated tannins. Since 2018 it has had the official ecological seal of the European Union. It is equally suitable for vegans .

Its grape production levels vary between fifty and seventy million kilos per year, while wine production volumes are approximately forty million liters per campaign.
