Its refinement comes from the grains used and the hops and yeasts from the brewery. It has medium-high carbonation and fine bubbles. It forms a wide layer of foam, not very persistent. It has refined aromas of vanilla and citrus. It is light, evoking wheat beers, and with the creaminess derived from oats together with tastes of lemon and quinine. The malt clearly predominates in its flavour, which gives it a certain sweetness. A full-bodied beer, although smooth at the same time. A very balanced beer, which ends with a somewhat dry and bitter aftertaste.
